Job Description
You are a skilled IT & Non IT Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting professionals to fill various technical and non-technical positions within the organization. Your role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth hiring process. Your responsibilities include sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, reviewing and screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, building a strong talent pipeline, managing the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience, staying updated on industry trends, tracking recruitment metrics, and assisting with other HR-related tasks. Preferred qualifications for this role include a minimum of 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on IT recruitment, a proven track record as a recruiter in a fast-paced environment, strong understanding of technical skills across IT & Non-IT roles, expertise in technical stacks, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in applicant tracking systems, ability to multitask, and detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
