Job Role: Senior HR Manager The Senior HR Manager is responsible for leading HR initiatives, aligning HR practices with business objectives, and managing the day-to-day operations of the HR team. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and in-depth knowledge of HR functions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic HR Management Align HR strategies with organizational goals. Lead change management and organizational development initiatives. 2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Oversee recruitment planning and execution. Develop employer branding strategies to attract top talent. Ensure effective onboarding and orientation programs. 3. Employee Relations & Engagement Promote a positive work environment and resolve employee grievances. Design and implement employee engagement and retention strategies. Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to improve workplace culture. 4. Performance Management Implement and manage performance appraisal systems. Work with department heads to set and review KPIs. Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance. 5. Policy Development & Compliance Develop and update HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations. Conduct audits and risk assessments related to HR practices. 6. Compensation & Benefits Design competitive compensation and benefits structures. 7. Learning & Development Identify training needs across departments. Create and manage learning and development programs. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. 8. HR Analytics & Reporting Use data and analytics to drive decision-making. Generate regular reports on HR metrics such as turnover, headcount, and diversity. Monitor HR trends and provide insights to leadership. 9. Team Leadership & Development Lead and mentor the HR team. Conduct regular training and development for HR staff. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the HR function. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 5 to 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proficiency in HR software and tools.
