Job Title: Senior HR Executive Location: Noida, iThum Tower Job Type: Full-time Experience: 3-6 years Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior HR Executive to join our HR team at iThum Tower, Noida. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing hiring, IT recruitment, and general HR activities, including attendance management, onboarding, and exit formalities. The role requires someone who can join immediately and contribute effectively to the growth and development of our team. Key Responsibilities: IT Recruitment & Digital Marketing Hiring: Lead recruitment efforts for IT roles and positions in digital marketing. Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. Work closely with the leadership team to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions. HR Activities: Oversee employee attendance management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Handle exit formalities, conducting exit interviews, and processing clearances. Employee Engagement & Wellbeing: Foster a positive work environment by supporting employee engagement initiatives. Manage employee queries and grievances in a professional and timely manner. Policy Implementation & Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and internal procedures. Support the implementation of HR initiatives and programs aligned with business goals. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 4-6 years of experience in HR, with a focus on IT recruitment and digital marketing hiring. Strong knowledge of HR operations, including attendance management, onboarding, and exit formalities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) is a plus. Immediate joiner preferred.
