Creating and overseeing EHS policies, procedures, and programs to minimize risks and promote a safe work environment. 2. Identifying potential hazards in the workplace, assessing risks, and developing strategies to mitigate them. 3.Ensuring the organization complies with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations. 4. Providing training to employees on safety procedures, emergency response, and the proper use of personal protective equipment. 5. Investigating workplace accidents, near misses, and environmental incidents, determining root causes, and recommending corrective actions. 6. Conducting regular inspections of the workplace, equipment, and processes to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance. 7. Maintaining accurate records of safety inspections, incident investigations, training programs, and other EHS-related activities. 8. Developing and maintaining emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures and the availability of necessary resources. 9.Keeping abreast of changes in EHS regulations and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and improvement. 10. Working with management, employees, and regulatory agencies to address EHS concerns and promote a culture of safety.,
