Job Description

Key Responsibilities Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative design projects Develop branding elements, marketing collaterals, packaging, digital and print materials Supervise and guide junior designers, ensuring design quality and consistency Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and project managers for campaigns Present design concepts to clients and internal teams with strong visual rationale Ensure timely delivery of creative assets across formats (web, social, print, etc.) Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all creative touchpoints Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and industry best practices Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Requirements Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field 35 years of professional experience in a design role (agency experience preferred) Strong portfolio showcasing branding, layout, digital design, and campaign work Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects a plus) Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to take creative direction and also lead design decisions independently Attention to detail and strong time management Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Leave encashment Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Graphic design: 3 years (Required) Location: Kochi, Kerala (Preferred) Work Location: In person,
