Job Description

As a Senior Golang Developer with 6-8 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of complex microservices and backend applications using Golang. Your role will involve architecting and implementing scalable, reliable, and efficient systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements aligned with business goals. Your primary tasks will include writing high-quality code following best practices, emphasizing maintainability and scalability. You will be expected to participate in architectural discussions and decisions, providing expertise in Golang and distributed systems. Additionally, you will debug, troubleshoot, and optimize performance bottlenecks, as well as mentor and guide junior developers through code reviews and sharing best practices. In this role, you will work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments. Your skills and qualifications should include expertise in Golang, strong knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems, experience with RESTful API development and gRPC, proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and services. Furthermore, you should possess a strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB), experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or others (a plus), familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and version control systems, as well as strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex systems at scale.,
