Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You will also play a key role in architectural decisions and mentoring junior developers. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack. Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to define and implement new features. Optimize applications for speed and scalability. Manage deployment pipelines and integrate third-party APIs and services. Review code, troubleshoot bugs, and provide constructive feedback to team members. Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest ways to improve development processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 58 years of hands-on experience with MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-based deployments. Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API). Proficiency with Git and modern CI/CD tools. Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress). Knowledge of Agile methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
