Job Description
You should possess 3-5 years of proven working experience in roles such as financial controller, accounting supervisor, chief or senior accountant. A Commerce PG qualification is preferred. You will be responsible for advising management on any changes in corporate tax laws including Income Tax, Wealth Tax, Fringe Benefit Tax, Excise Duty, GST, Customs, TDS, etc. You should have an in-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures. Your tasks will include the preparation of accounting MIS reports promptly, stock & inventory control for audit and compliances, experience with general ledger functions, and involvement in the month-end/year-end close process. Advanced skills in MS Excel, including Vlookups and pivot tables, are required. Strong oral and written communication skills are necessary, with a focus on articulation, timeliness, and tone. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, life insurance, and paid sick time. The work schedule is during the day shift with a performance bonus included. You must have a total work experience of 2 years.
