Job Description Sr. Fashion Designer 5 6 Year Experience JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES Skilled in Trend Research / Fashion Sketches / Technical Design Packages / Color Palette Detailing / Line Sheets & Story Boards / Basic knowledge of Graphic & All over prints Previous knowledge making Technical Sheets / Flat Sketches as per direction Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Excel JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Fashion design Overseeing the research and development of new styles for an organization Managing the design process from conception through to final styling Collaborating with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to line, and create new concepts. Independent worker who produces consistent, high-quality designs Good communication skills Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once. Ability to think creatively and problem-solve on the projects. Strong adherence to deadlines with minimal supervision Must be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude; someone who is able to shift gears quickly. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. Proven experience in creative role with a strong portfolio in both fashion and graphic design. Good in communication and project management skills.
