Job Description
You are a Senior Textile Designer with at least 3 years of experience in the field. You possess a strong background in home textiles and demonstrate creativity and imagination in your work. An ability to analyze trends effectively and a good understanding of various designing techniques such as printing, embroidery, and weaving are essential for this role. Experience in product development will be considered an advantage. Proficiency in software tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and CAD is a mandatory requirement for this position. A degree from NIFT or NID is preferred. Your key skills include textile knowledge, designing and development expertise, experience in export houses, CAD proficiency, familiarity with home furnishing, printing skills, and a strong creative acumen. You should have prior experience in Home Textiles or Home Furnishing products within an export house environment. The educational requirements for this role include a Bachelor's Degree in Textile Design (B. Des.) and preferably a Postgraduate Degree in Textile Design (M. Des.). This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in-person.
