Job Description

       Responsibilities:-

• Understanding the PO in detail and then place the orders to the vendors
• Make sure the purchased material is of the best quality and at best rates
• Co-ordinate with the transporter and make sure the material reaches the said destination on time in proper condition
• Ensuring regular updates on Zoho and other mediums
• Project planning - Payment schedule to be prepared
• Imports of LED, LCD, Media players etc.
• Negotiation, Logistics, Custom clearance of goods
• Vendor Management - Adding new vendors, regular communication with existing vendors
• All other paperwork - PO, Approval of Invoices, Payments
• Getting compliance certificates - BIS, CE, FCC, E-waste etc. as & when required

Other Tasks
Keep evaluating the current vendors and suppliers and find new vendors on regular basis
Prepare purchase reports on regular basis and present it to the management on regular intervals
