Cloud Infrastructure Strategy Define and execute the overall strategy for the companys cloud infrastructure, aligning it with the organizations objectives. Ensure that the cloud platform architecture is scalable, secure, cost-effective, and meets performance goals. Stay ahead of emerging cloud technologies, evaluating and implementing the latest tools and services to optimize the platform. Team Leadership and Development Lead, mentor, and grow a team of cloud engineers, DevOps engineers, and system administrators. Promote a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning within the team. Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals for team members, and ensure professional development. Cloud Platform Development Oversee the design, development, and deployment of cloud-based solutions across multiple environments. Lead efforts to automate deployment, monitoring, and management processes, ensuring reliability and reducing manual interventions. Work with engineering teams to architect and implement microservices and distributed systems in the cloud. Process Improvement and DevOps Lead the adoption of DevOps principles, ensuring continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines are in place for rapid, reliable deployment. Improve development and operational processes, ensuring fast, iterative releases while maintaining platform stability. Promote a culture of collaboration between development and operations teams to enhance productivity and platform quality. software developer, ideally in MERN stack, with experience across multiple layers of the application stack Experience with cloud applications and cloud deployments and infrastructure. Azure or GCP preferred.
