Job Description
Position - Sr. Engineer Electrical ( With License ) Location - Pune , Talegaon Dabadhe Experience - 7 to 10 years experience in electrical system design, installation, or maintenance Education - Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or a related field. Salary - As per the experience Job Description - Job Summary: The Electrical Engineer will design, develop, test, and oversee the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and devices. They will ensure compliance with safety standards, optimize energy efficiency, and troubleshoot electrical issues to support operational continuity. Planning, Scheduling Repair and maintenance, Ensuring Continuous Production Operations. Developing Preventive Maintenance Plan in Conjunction with Maintenance and Production Staff. Working experience and knowledge of 22/33/66 KV Power system along with the Knowledge of Equipments. Preventive Maintenance of Transformers, VCB, ACB, LT Panels, Motors, DG set, Fire System, Circuit Breakers. Working experience in Industrial Automation, VFD, Micro Controllers, Relay Based Circuits. Good Working experience of LT and HT Side. Working Knowledge of Asset Management, Spare Management, 5s, Kaizens, Poke Yoke, CAPA, RCA. Should be well versed in all Maintenance Activities. Power Saving Projects initiative with ROI calculation, Budget preparation and management. Monitoring and finalizing the AMC, Warranty tracker and negotiation required with OEMS. Using Maintenance tools Like MTTR, MTBF, OEE, FMEA, RCA, CAPA for calculating the Maintenance Efficiency. Liaoning of all Electrical Works and coordination with the Electricity Board. Preparing, Reviewing, and analyzing the Maintenance Plans for the system. Designing and adhering the Electrical system and circuit wherever required. Logic developing and rectification of process related queries through Automation. Manpower and work management with proper planning and compliance with all legal requirements. Working knowledge of all instruments (such as Pressure Transmitter, Flow Transmitter, RTD, Temperature Transmitter. Fire System, Gas Analyzing System etc).
