Role Summary:
We are hiring a skilled Site Engineer (Civil) to join our fast-growing real estate development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in residential site execution, quantity estimation, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise on-site construction as per approved drawings & timeline
Monitor manpower & material availability; raise material indents
Estimate quantities for work phases
Ensure safety compliance and work quality
Maintain documentation: checklists, pour cards, inspection reports, and contractor bills
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
Coordinate with contractors, consultants & vendors
Support additional tasks as assigned by the Project Manager
Ideal Candidate:
47 years of site experience in residential real estate projects
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and quantity take-off
Strong knowledge of construction site practices, safety, and local norms
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Willing to work from ThaneKalyan project site
