Job title: Sr. Executive Assistant Job location: Bangalore - Near HSR & Kudlugate, Hosur Road, Bangalore (In-office position) Shift timings: 11AM-8PM/12-9pm Job Summary: Cubic Logics is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, possessing the ability to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well-organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people and programs. Key Responsibilities: Schedule Management: Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements. Communication Liaison: Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients. Document Handling: Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure. Correspondence Preparation: Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Research and Reporting: Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents. Office Systems Management: Manage and maintain office systems, including data management and filing. Meeting and Event Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings and events. Minutes Recording: Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings. Communication Management: Monitor, screen, respond to, and distribute incoming communications. Compliance Management: Ensure all the scheduled reports and activities are in place,
