About the Role: In this fast-paced role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, brand awareness, and achieve key business objectives. You'll wear multiple hats and be a master of various marketing channels, including social media, paid advertising, SEO, and email marketing. Responsibilities: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and opportunities. Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc. (20-30% of time) Develop and implement a social media strategy to build brand awareness, community engagement, and drive traffic (30-40% of time). Manage and optimize social media accounts across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, Facebook) (20-30% of time). Implement and manage SEO best practices to improve organic search ranking (10-15% of time). Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions (10- 15% of time). Analyze campaign performance data across all channels and identify areas for improvement. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness. Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of success. Strong understanding of marketing attribution models and key performance indicators (KPIs). Experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. Excellent knowledge of social media marketing best practices for different platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, Facebook). Working experience with SEO best practices. Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager). Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
