Job Description
Experience in Dairy Plant in making different types of milk - FCM, SM, TM etc. Extensive expereince on Homogeniser, pasteuriser and trouble shooting any issues Experience on packing milk in pouches Troubleshooting any issues with the pouch making machine Experience in making other milk products like Curd, Ghee, Paneer etc. Know to use the appropriate culture to make the milk products Fully hands on person who can work on the milk plant Experience in doing Fat and SNF test to make sure current FSSAI standards are followed.
