Job Description
As a Sr. Customer Support Engineer at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, you play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through timely service deliveries, including the installation of instruments, performing on-time Preventive Maintenance (PM) & modifications, responding to and resolving instrument issues, and achieving Service KPIs. Your focus will also be on generating service revenue within your assigned territory. Working as part of the West Service Team based in Raipur, the position offers a fully remote work setup. Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, in collaboration with six other Diagnostics Companies at Danaher, is committed to improving patient lives by addressing the world's major health challenges through innovative diagnostic tools. Reporting to the State Service Manager, you will be part of the Gujarat Service Team. Your responsibilities will include installing and maintaining instruments and systems in laboratory settings, providing basic operational training during installation, and delivering effective product and customer support. You will also be expected to maintain strong customer relationships, adhere to field service standards, and seek timely support for complex product issues to minimize downtime. To excel in this role, you must hold an Engineering Graduate degree (B.E./B.Tech. or higher) and possess 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in customer services (Technical) within the IVD industry. Proficiency in consultative technical troubleshooting, analytical skills, and familiarity with MS Office tools and communication platforms are essential. You should demonstrate the ability to drive corrective and preventive actions to enhance service delivery based on customer feedback, ultimately striving for the highest levels of customer satisfaction to drive business growth in a healthcare setting. Having previous experience in technical field services of IVD products, revenue generation, and utilization of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for call handling and closure would be advantageous for this role.
