Job Description

You will be primarily responsible for managing, running, and delivering engagements while also assisting the practice leadership in business expansion, asset creation, and other firm-level activities. Throughout the day, 75-80% of your time will be spent collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver engagements, taking on various roles such as strategist, value realization expert, project manager, track lead, and program manager. The engagements will focus on business transformation through the enablement of Digital or Data platforms, Conversational AI, target operating model design, maturity assessment, benchmarking, and Strategy & roadmap for enterprise-wide process revamp using our proprietary OPQ framework. Additionally, you will spend 5-15% of your day working on business expansion activities such as preparing proposal responses, engaging in proactive pitches, collaborating with colleagues to build new assets/offerings, and contributing to thought leadership/industry outlook. Another 5-10% of your time will be dedicated to reinventing yourself by acquiring new soft and hard skills. Furthermore, 5-10% of your day will be allocated to mentoring other consultants in the team and providing guidance on their career aspirations. Your progress towards the next level will be based on demonstrating your capabilities through activities aligned with the next level and role maturity.,
