Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and distributors to promote pharmaceutical products. Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up with potential clients to convert leads into sales. Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to prospective customers. Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM system. Build strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service. Coordinate with field sales representatives and the logistics team to ensure timely delivery. Stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical products and market trends.
