Job Description
Shift Timings
- 1st Shift: 6 am to 3 pm (45 min break)
- 2nd Shift: 11 am to 8 pm (45 min break)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute strategies around core offerings to generate new revenue opportunities Proven
- track record of meeting a quota of at least $7,000/pm in digital and web services
- Experience with proposal/RFP creation
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline, conducts weekly forecast meetings Reports on sales activity and forecast to the management.
- Building a team and managing high growth and fast changes.
- Generate business through client relationship management.
- Explore new channels of sales and formulate and implement strategies to penetrate the new market.
- Manage bidding on portals, proposal writing, lead generation, end-to-end client communication.
- Should have knowledge of Facebook,, Linkedin for lead generation and business closure Aggressively chase targets and meet deadlines
- Should have awesome presentation skills.
- Responsibilities include lead generation, lead nurturing and closing
- Expertise in digital marketing would serve as an added advantage.
Qualifications / Skills
- Should have very good communication skills.
- Should be persistent and persuasive in approach and capable of making decisions.
- Bachelors in IT or equivalent degree with minimum 3 years of relevant IT services/solutions sales experience.
- Hands on Linkedin Sales Navigator
- A candidate with an MBA in Marketing will be our preference.
