Job Description

The ServiceNow Business analyst role involves designing complex service management platform and process configurations for client onboarding and migrations, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and Birlasoft portfolio standards. Your responsibilities will include client requirements analysis, development of Configuration Design Documents (CDD), leading workshops, creative application of technical capabilities, coordination with subject matter experts, and documentation of design requirements. You will also support the account team, technical implementations team, UAT testers, training, and operations until steady state is achieved. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting and designing implementations of the ServiceNow suite, familiarity with ITIL processes, and a track record of successful customer implementations. Experience in extending ServiceNow applications, strong communication skills, ServiceNow admin certification, and ITIL Foundation certification are essential.
