Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead and deliver innovative solutions in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements. Create user stories, use cases, process flows, and wireframes. Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions. 2. Agile Collaboration Act as the Product Owner proxy when required. Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog. Collaborate with Scrum Masters, developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions. 3. Stakeholder Management Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate effectively to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations. 4. Solution Design & Validation Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs. Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies. Ensure all deliverables align with business objectives and user needs. 5. Continuous Improvement Evaluate existing processes and suggest optimizations. Lead retrospectives to identify areas of improvement in Agile practices. 6. Reporting & Documentation Maintain detailed documentation, including business cases, functional specifications, and status reports. Provide clear and actionable updates to senior management.,
