Job Description
As a Sr. BOT Developer at Gainwell, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in Chatbot development, AIML, and Python to support our mission of utilizing technology to enhance the health and well-being of our clients" communities, particularly the most vulnerable members. Collaborate with a team that is dedicated to addressing healthcare's most pressing issues through innovative solutions. We are seeking a candidate who holds a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess over 14 years of overall experience, with at least 7 years dedicated to BOT Development, preferably on the Kore.AI platform. Proficiency in Classic AIML, NLP, and Rest API is essential, along with a strong understanding of Cloud services such as AWS or Azure. In addition to the primary skills, familiarity with other programming languages like Python, JSON, HTML/CSS, XML is advantageous. Experience with alternative bot development platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, MS Bot Framework, Rasa), CI/CD Pipelines, Test Case Development, and Telephony Platforms will be a plus.
