Responsibilities Visualize ideas into beautiful visual content (graphics & video) for various external stakeholder engagement avenues as well as for internal publications. Create banners, posters, graphics, and logos for campaigns as well as digital/social platforms. Work cross-functionally with teams to get relevant content inputs and design them. Ensure that the final graphics and layouts are in line with the company brand guidelines. Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements where necessary. Examine existing processes, identify flaws and create solutions to improve design capabilities. Requirements: College degree in graphic design or a closely-related discipline. 2-5 years experience in a graphic design role. A strong design portfolio that showcases your creative expertise. Should be well versed with graphic software like Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, InDesign, etc Good aesthetic sense and knowledge of typography, color, and various design styles/trends. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Able to give and receive constructive feedback. Experience with computer-aided design.,
