Job Description

As the Senior PLM Analyst for Product Development at Kontoor Brands, Inc., your primary responsibility will be to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system and related processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the PLM system effectively supports the entire product development lifecycle, from conception to end-of-life. Your role will involve analyzing current PLM processes, identifying areas for improvement, and driving initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, you will work closely with business and IT teams to ensure the smooth operation of regional and global applications on a daily basis. Your duties and responsibilities will include leading the implementation and continuous improvement of PLM systems, contributing to ongoing support activities, participating in projects and process improvement initiatives, creating process flow documents and functional specifications, providing user support for various regions, developing training materials, ensuring compliance with Kontoor policies, and more. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency with PLM software such as PTC Flex PLM, Centric PLM, or Dassault systems ENOVIA, a strong understanding of product development processes and lifecycle management, experience with ERP systems, knowledge of database systems, familiarity with apparel product development processes, expertise in data migration and synchronization, proficiency in reporting tools and business intelligence platforms, and the ability to create training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant experience is required, while a Master's degree is preferred.
