Job Description ServiceNow Consultant Chennai Client Office Job Summary We are looking for a Service now Consultant and t his role is essential for ensuring that ServiceNow solutions are effectively implemented and tailored to meet the specific needs of clients Responsibilities ServiceNow Implementation: Develop and support ServiceNow implementations. Combine ITIL-based process consultancy with agile methods (Scrum). Define and tailor ServiceNow solutions to meet client requirements. Development and Integration: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and troubleshoot issues. Process Improvement: Enhance the company's ServiceNow delivery capability. Provide value-based assessments and workshops to maximize business results from ServiceNow software. Documentation and Training: Maintain detailed system documentation, including design specs, maintenance, troubleshooting, and deployment. Provide training and support to organizational teams as needed. Collaboration: Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Align with peers to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and on scope. Years of experience needed 3-6 year of experience Technical Skills Experience in ServiceNow development and IT consulting (3-6 years preferred). Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL) and ServiceNow platform capabilities. Familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, Perl, etc.). Strong communication and presentation skills.
