Optimize & enhance existing generative AI models for improved performance, scalability, and efficiency. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define AI project use cases, requirements, and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Production technical support to business teams on existing AI models (Generative AI, Automations Workflows) Develops clear and concise documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and presentations, to communicate complex AI and related concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Contributes to the establishment of best practices and standards for AI development within the organization. Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and explaining technical issues and approaches to a non-technical audience. Provides mentorship and guidance to other team members. Creates and delivers end-user training and documentation and provides second-line support to other users.,
