Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing critical financial analysis to support business decisions. The Senior Accounts Executive will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the company and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. General Ledger Management: Oversee the maintenance of the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance. Audit and Compliance: Coordinate and support external and internal audits. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the companys cash flow, including forecasting and planning to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs. Taxation: Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations. Provide support in tax planning and strategy. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making, including cost analysis, profitability analysis, and investment appraisals. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations. Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior accounting staff, providing guidance and training as needed. Qualifications: Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in accounting. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations. Proficiency in accounting software's and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in managing audits and working with auditors.
