Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sponsorship Sales Manager. As the Sponsorship Sales Manager, you will be responsible for conducting new business development, generating leads, managing accounts, and overseeing sponsorship sales. Your main responsibilities will include generating revenue through the sale of sponsorship packages for Conferences/ Expo/ Business Awards shows by targeting various companies, organizations, and associations. You will need to conduct strategic research to understand the relevant market and business challenges aligned with the subject area of each event and develop a list of potential sponsors for each conference. To excel in this role, you should possess Sponsorship Sales and New Business Development skills, Lead Generation and Sales skills, as well as Account Management skills. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will be crucial in building and maintaining client relationships. A proven track record of achieving sales targets, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience in the marketing or advertising industry would be advantageous. The requirements for this role include a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development, excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience in market research and lead generation, and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication or other relevant field.
