Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sponsorship Sales Manager. As the Sponsorship Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities will include conducting new business development, generating leads, managing accounts, and overseeing sponsorship sales. You will be accountable for generating revenue by selling sponsorship packages for Conferences, Expos, and Business Awards shows. This involves targeting various companies, organizations, and associations. Strategic research is crucial in understanding the relevant market and business challenges aligned with the subject area of each event, enabling you to develop a list of potential sponsors for each conference. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong Sponsorship Sales and New Business Development skills, along with expertise in Lead Generation, Sales, and Account Management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, as is the ability to build and maintain client relationships. A proven track record of achieving sales targets, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, will be advantageous. Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is considered a plus. Requirements for this position include a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development, excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as experience in market research and lead generation. A Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication or a related field is required. We are looking for a proactive individual who is a hustler and a go-getter.
