A day in the life of an Infoscion As a member of the Infosys consulting team, your primary responsibility will involve addressing customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, devising innovative solutions, and ensuring successful deployment to achieve client satisfaction. You will contribute to developing proposals by taking ownership of sections of the proposal document and offering insights in solution design based on your expertise. Your tasks will include planning configuration activities, implementing product configurations based on the design, conducting conference room pilots, and assisting in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops, and preparing effort estimates that align with customer budgetary requirements and organizational financial guidelines. You will also be involved in leading small projects, as well as contributing to unit-level and organizational initiatives with the aim of delivering high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers.
