Skills Compliance Retail Banking Information Technology Micro Banking Description Specialist Retail Assets Compliance Roles & Responsibilities Oversee the banks compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements with regard to Retail Asset Portfolio of the Bank. Co-ordination with Micro Assets, Micro Banking Channel, BC Channel, to ensure compliance with regard to RBI or other statutory guidelines. Basic Eligibility Graduation from a reputed University Experience Minimum 10 years experience in Banking and Financial Services out of which at least 5 years should be in Retail Assets. In-depth knowledge of Retail Assets, Banking Operations and Control Functions. Should have worked in any of the Retail Assets verticals like Mortgage, Mobility, Agri Loans etc Grade Senior Manager & above Preferred Qualifications/Certifications: Relevant Certifications & CAIIB would be an added advantage. Good understanding of Risk Management, regulatory guidelines will be an added advantage.
