The role of Specialist-Implementation in Wholesale Banking involves managing the implementation of new cash management products and services for wholesale banking clients. Key responsibilities include leading the implementation process, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, developing project plans and budgets, and ensuring timely and successful implementation. Effective communication with stakeholders, including clients and senior management, is essential. The Specialist-Implementation is also responsible for identifying and resolving any risks or issues that may arise during the implementation process. Additionally, providing training and support to clients on new products and services, as well as continuously reviewing and improving implementation processes and procedures, are part of the role. The ideal candidate should have a graduation and post-graduation degree, along with 5-10 years of experience in implementation.,
