Job Description

As a Specialist Ad-Operations at VDX.tv, you will be an integral part of our global TV/Video advertising technology company, revolutionizing the way brands engage with relevant consumers in today's converging TV and Video landscape. Your primary responsibility will involve setting up online campaigns, which includes tasks such as uploading creative materials, ensuring quality checks, and reviewing and approving advertiser creative content. Collaboration with various teams like Creative, Account and Campaign managers, Reporting, OMS, and Finance will be essential for efficient campaign setup and management. Key Responsibilities: - Verify and approve advertising creative materials provided by clients/advertisers. - Upload creative materials on the ad-server for publication on websites. - Traffic ads on Network websites and partner networks. - Troubleshoot malfunctioning creative content with the support of our in-house Creative team or Account Strategy team. - Screen ad content based on specified creative specs. - Engage directly with teams like Account Strategy, Campaign Execution, and Strategy. - Provide clients with screenshots once a campaign is launched. - Actively participate in team meetings and adopt an innovative approach to resolve team issues. Qualifications: - Possess a professional degree, preferably B. Tech (Computer Science Preferred), M.B.A/M.Tech/MCA. - Basic understanding of JavaScript and coding. - Familiarity with the fundamentals of the Online Advertising Industry. - Good knowledge of VDX.tv's technology. - Strong communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office tools. - Self-motivated to work effectively under pressure. - Energetic and motivated individual with a proactive attitude. - Ability to work in AU, UK, and EST time zones. - Attention to detail and willingness to learn new concepts. - Team player with quick learning abilities.
