As a Cloud Account Executive within the Slack team, you will focus on the workplace productivity and communications needs of enterprises. Your main responsibility will be to develop and execute a Slack sales strategy within your specific market segment, aiming to drive revenue growth by expanding demand in the current customer base and acquiring new customers. Utilizing your skills, you will identify and cultivate opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting. Collaborating closely with existing Account owners, you will be responsible for achieving quota for Slack product sales. Serving as a trusted advisor and coach, you will leverage your expertise in business and technology to align customer needs with Salesforce capabilities. Your role will involve articulating the business value of the Slack solution through executive-level discussions on time-to-value, ROI, and business benefits. Your impact will be significant as you engage with both current and prospective customers, gaining a deep understanding of their unique challenges and objectives. By working with customers on the Service Cloud, you will advocate for Slack solutions that support their business goals and drive innovation within their organizations. Your contributions will play a key role in the growth of the business within a dynamic, collaborative, and enjoyable environment as an integral member of our team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and nurture relationships with key customer stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction at assigned accounts. - Formulate and implement a long-term account strategy aligned with customer business objectives. - Coordinate internal resources effectively to meet customer requirements and expectations. - Engage in account planning at designated accounts, collaborating with Prime and Cloud sales teams for strategic alignment. - Articulate the Salesforce value proposition to both existing and potential customers. - Drive growth within the assigned accounts to expand business opportunities.
