As a Specialist in Talent & Organization (T&O) within the S&C Global Network at Accenture, you will be assisting clients from various industries in aspects such as Learning Design, Development, Change Management, and HR Transformation. Your role involves leveraging your expertise to create innovative learning strategies and solutions, as well as supporting clients in managing organizational change and facilitating smooth transitions. By contributing to these initiatives, you will play a crucial part in shaping the workforce of the future. Your primary responsibility will revolve around serving as the Solution Architecture point of contact for integrating HCM platforms like SAP, Oracle, and Workday with Eightfold. This entails handling all technical configurations such as SSO, BYOK, SFTP setup, and engaging in technical workshops with clients to explore the capabilities of Eightfold under the guidance of Eightfold Solution Expert. Additionally, you will lead the technical track, collaborating with a technical consultant, Eightfold Solution Expert, and QA Lead. Your day-to-day tasks will include integrating with the client's data warehouse, identifying potential risks, seeking guidance from Accenture and Client leadership to mitigate these risks, and maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders by providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and any potential issues or risks that may arise. To excel in this role, you are expected to have a Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any specialization, preferably in fields such as Journalism, Mass Communication, English Literature, Advertising, or Public Relations, along with 5-8 years of work experience in Eightfold Platform configurations, setting up SSO and SFTP, and handling Data Migration & Transformation.
