Job Description
Receive, inspect, and store spare parts and accessories as per company procedures. Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels. Issue spare parts to technicians and service advisors based on job card requirements. Track and record parts consumption for each service job. Handle customer inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and delivery time. Coordinate with the purchase department for ordering parts as per requirement. Assist in periodic stock audits and inventory reconciliations. Ensure proper labeling, storage, and binning of parts in the warehouse. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the parts store area. Support service billing by providing accurate parts usage details.
