Job Summary:

The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering exceptional spa treatments and services to guests, ensuring a serene and rejuvenating experience. This role requires proficiency in various spa therapies, adherence to hygiene standards, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Treatment Delivery:

Perform a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, and scrubs, in accordance with established protocols and standards.
Customize treatments based on individual guest needs and preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of spa products and tools.

Guest Consultation and Service:

Conduct thorough consultations to understand guest requirements and recommend appropriate treatments.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing environment.
Educate guests on spa services, products, and post-treatment care.
Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

Spa Operations:

Prepare treatment rooms prior to guest arrival and ensure they are well-stocked and sanitized.
Maintain accurate records of guest treatments and preferences.
Assist in inventory management of spa products and supplies.
Adhere to all spa policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Professional Development:

Stay updated on the latest spa treatments, techniques, and wellness trends.
Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops.
Maintain required certifications and licenses.

Sales and Promotion:

Promote and recommend spa products and services to guests.
Achieve sales targets set by management.

Qualifications:

Diploma or certification in spa therapy or a related field from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
Proficiency in various massage techniques and spa treatments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
