Job Description
Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This process includes scheduling, facility management, and health and safety regulations compliance Hire, train, and manage spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and maintenance workers, to ensure high-quality service Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and promptly resolving any issues Develop and manage the spa's budget, including setting financial goals, monitoring expenditures, and implementing plans to increase profitability Create and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
