Job Summary: Diamond and Gold jewelers Manufacturing Background only We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused B 2 B South Sales Head to join our premium Diamond and Gold jewelers Manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Diamond jewellery and gemstones, excellent Multi Lingual communication skills, and a deep understanding of luxury sales and customer service. You will assist clients in selecting from a wide range of high-end products including necklaces, rings, bangles, bracelets, chokers, brooches, pendants, earrings, and tanmaniyas, ensuring a memorable shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Great in Lead Generation of Retail connect customers with enthusiasm and professionalism. Understand and communicate the features, quality, and value of jewellery pieces. Guide customers in selecting products based on their needs, preferences, and budget. Provide detailed information about product materials, stone specifications, and care instructions. Demonstrate deep knowledge of various types of jewellery including gold, diamond, gemstone, and traditional pieces like tanmaniyas. Ensure all merchandise is properly displayed and kept secure. Mentoring team and Generate orders from Retailers Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through excellent service and follow-up. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally. Achieve sales targets. Travelling 80 % with in south india Attend and organize all Exhibitions PAN for generating Leads Maintain cleanliness and organization of the display counters and showroom. Stay updated on new product launches, trends, and promotions. Assist with stock management and inventory checks as required. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 10-15 years of retail sales experience, preferably in jewellery, luxury, or fashion retail. Knowledge of gemstones, gold purity, diamond grading, and hallmarking is a strong advantage. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Well-groomed, with a Great Presentation Skills suitable for a luxury Premium Category Jewelery. Proficiency in local language and English, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam; additional languages are a plus. Sales-driven, customer-focused, and highly motivated. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Desirable Traits: Certification or training in gemology or jewellery design (preferred but not mandatory). Strong attention to detail and product presentation. Trustworthy and reliable, with integrity in handling high-value transactions.
