Job Description
You will be responsible for preparing South & North Indian food, managing the kitchen staff, overseeing food preparation by other cooks, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety, ordering and inventory management, staff scheduling, shift coordination, menu development, adapting to dietary restrictions, training and mentoring junior staff, handling administrative tasks, upholding quality standards, and dealing with kitchen emergencies. This is a full-time job with benefits such as provided food, health insurance, and paid time off. The work schedule is during the day shift. In addition to the base salary, you may be eligible for performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. The ideal candidate should have at least a secondary (10th pass) education, with a preference for candidates with 10 years of experience as a Chef or in a similar role.
