Our menu celebrates the rich heritage of Indian cuisine while embracing modern techniques and presentation. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and team management Prepare high-quality Indian dishes (North and/or South Indian cuisine), ensuring consistency and presentation standards Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks to maintain workflow and efficiency Ensure all health and safety, food hygiene, and HACCP regulations are followed Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control Monitor inventory, order supplies, and reduce waste Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen at all times Train and mentor junior kitchen staff Requirements: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in an Indian restaurant Deep knowledge of Indian spices, cooking techniques, and regional specialties Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Passion for culinary excellence and innovation Level 2 or higher Food Hygiene Certification (preferred) Willingness to relocate and work in the UK under a sponsored visa Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience Skilled Worker visa sponsorship Opportunity to work in a renowned Indian kitchen in London Career progression and training opportunities Staff meals and discounts To Apply: Please submit your CV along with a brief cover letter detailing your experience with Indian cuisine and interest in relocating to London.,
