Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Manager to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely procurement of quality materials/services. Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers. Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms with suppliers to ensure best value. Coordinate with internal departments to understand material and service requirements. Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods/services. Monitor vendor performance and resolve supply-related issues. Analyze market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities. Maintain and update supplier databases and procurement records. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement best practices.
