The Solutions Development Consultant position at Telus Digital located in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, involves providing expertise in building solutions from the customer experience (CXM), trust and safety (TnS), and digital (DX) portfolio offerings. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs for new logos, growth to existing customers, renewals, and change orders. It is your responsibility to ensure that the agreed-upon solution requirements are documented following defined solutioning protocols and processes. Additionally, you will be tasked with translating these requirements into the applicable contractual format, such as a statement of work (SOW). Key responsibilities of this role include coordinating inputs from cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet customer requirements, offering solutions expertise throughout the sales lifecycle, documenting agreed-upon solutions requirements, overseeing the translation of solutions requirements into the applicable contractual format (e.g., statement of work), and supporting continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing automation and reducing the time to deliver solutions. The core competencies expected for this position include providing support, focusing on customers, embracing technology, and managing self-development.
