Job Description

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our CX Solutions Trainee Program at Konnect Insights. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the founder and leadership team, setting the stage for your progression to a Solutions Consultant within one year. As part of this program, your responsibilities will include shadowing the founder and CX team to gain insights into real-world enterprise challenges. You will be involved in creating solution demos, use cases, and client proposals. Additionally, you will learn from and assist solutions consultants, contribute to product onboarding, and support client success strategies. By working across various departments such as product, sales, support, and marketing, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of how a B2B SaaS business operates and expands. Engaging in critical customer meetings and industry research will be integral to your learning experience, and your input will be valued in shaping the product roadmap and client presentations. To excel in this role, we are looking for fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience from any academic background. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Being tech-savvy and having the ability to quickly grasp software platforms will be advantageous. An analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving, coupled with a proactive approach to learning and making a meaningful contribution, are traits we value.
