Job summary Join one of the Fastest Growing High Technology Companies in the US Cognizant is seeking a talented Solution-to-Cost Architect to join its growing team. A Solution-to-Cost Architect has both Solution Architecture and Commercial experience.This role is based in Bangalore India with a focus on tactical solution and price benchmarking solution optimization strategic consulting and contributing best practices to Cognizant. Responsibilities Perform a solution-to-cost analysis on medium and large sized opportunities. This comprises crafting a solution using market benchmark data to develop a market competitive price. Collaborate with Program Managers Solution Architect and Executive leadership on deal shaping activities for very large opportunities Ensure that deals are solutioned and priced to be deliverable profitable and winnable. Gather price and solution feedback from opportunities to inform best practices Improve the solution-to-cost capabilities tools processes Required Qualifications: Experience in Solutioning IT Services solutions in multi-service areas: Infrastructure Services, Applications Development, Applications Maintenance, Business Process Outsourcing Deep experience in two of the three key functional areas: Technical Solutioning, Competitive Benchmarking, Pricing & Analysis Minimum of 6 years experience in these functional areas. Demonstrated track record of winning deals. Knowledge of IT Services vendors in the competitive landscape, with a deep knowledge of 1-2 vendors Solutioning and go to market approach. Exceptional data analysis and creative problem solving skills. Self-motivated and entrepreneurial. Ability to learn new skills quickly. Ability to communicate at the Executive level. Deep Microsoft Excel skills. BS and/or MS in computer science or equivalent experience.,
