Job Description

As a Solution Architect - Presales Networking at our company located in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their unique business challenges and security needs, and then translating those requirements into customized Cisco-based solutions. Your role will involve providing expert-level guidance during the presales phase, including solution design, technical specifications, and strategic roadmap development. You will be expected to deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to key stakeholders, showcasing the value of Cisco's portfolio in addressing client business and IT objectives. Additionally, you will lead and manage Proof of Concept (PoC) activities to validate Cisco solutions, offering clients a hands-on experience of Cisco technology capabilities. Collaboration with Cisco account managers, sales teams, and engineering teams will be crucial as you work together to drive the sales process and ensure a unified approach in addressing customer needs. You will also need to stay updated with the latest trends in networking, security, cloud, and collaboration technologies, contributing thought leadership and expertise in client conversations. To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of Cisco technologies, including routing, switching, security, wireless, collaboration, and cloud solutions. A minimum of 5 years of presales experience as a Solution Architect or similar role is required, along with a proven track record in designing and delivering Cisco solutions. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, as you will be required to present complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. You should also possess strong problem-solving and innovation skills, with the ability to identify and propose innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
