Job Description

Manadatory Skills : Infor M3 & LN, ERP & Enterprise Applications Architecture
Salary: 30 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate - 15 Days
Location: Work from Office - Bangalore location
Interview process : 1st round virtual. Final round On-site mandatory
No. of Interview Rounds: 2 rounds
Total and Relevant year of experience: 8 to 10 Years

Infor M3 ERP.  (Exp 8 to 10 yrs) with min 2 End to End life cycle Infore ERP.
Strong Experience in Infor M3 & LN, ERP & Enterprise Applications Architect, building the
Technology practice group & Strategic design & deployment business solutions.
Develop solutions for Principal Infor ERP product Architect, End to End Project Life Cycles from Conceptualization, Development, Integration, Testing to Implementation.
Finalizing detailed requirements for the Business Unit and identifying what Infor M3 ERP can meet those requirements along with / without any localized processes needed.
Build detailed Solution design of the processes and system modifications that will be implemented. 
Building out those Solution designs through system configuration and custom development.
Be a point of Contact (POC) to Customer for across all technical Subject Matter Expert and creating a stainable & stimulate design solution as a product deliverable.
Coordinate with Internal & External team Project Manager, Developers, Tech Functional,
Tech Data engineering, Data migration, Super Users etc for product readiness.
Client interaction, Communication, Negotiation and Organizational skills across onshore and offshore

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge on Infor M3 ERP software implementation best practices on prim to Cloud.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and exposure to AGILE and SCRUM methodologies.
• Strong in high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
