Job Description

As a Solar Panel Installer at our company, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining panels on the roofs of residential homes or corporate offices. Additionally, you will assist in the construction of solar farms. Your tasks will involve lifting heavy materials, climbing ladders, and moving around on roofs. It is imperative to stay updated on local, state, and federal codes to ensure the proper installation and maintenance of panels in compliance with regulations. You will also be required to read blueprints and schematics accurately to place panels correctly, as well as cut, fit, and connect multiple panels. Your role will involve choosing and configuring setup locations as well. To excel in this position, you must possess construction expertise, have a keen attention to detail, and exhibit physical abilities.
